On many projects, Sue is brought on board from concept to completion, working closely with the architect, structural engineer, and builder to produce house plans that encompass not only a beautiful exterior, but interior spaces that have been well planned and thoroughly executed.  Having built 4 homes of their own with her contractor husband, Larry, Sue is extremely aware of the importance of thoughtful planning.  Her unique gift of having an engineering thought process with artistic expression make her homes flow seamlessly from exterior to interior. Floorplans and spatial planning are areas of design about which she is passionate.
